You have the same product listed... "RDCMan" is the same as "Remote Desktop Configuration Manager". Also, in this day and age you might want to note the tools in this category to the PowerShell integration the product provides....
It is a convenient tool to manage multiple RDP connections within one application. It is easier to switch between RDP connections compared to Windows' default (bundled) RDP application.
PS: Despite other comments, it is NOT DISCONTINUED, it has been updated by Microsoft Sysinternals in 2021.
