The free recordit app is fine if 4FPS is enough for you.
It appears that the "Pro" version has been acquired by a very scammy company called "placeit" so it is now impossible to purchase.
The free GIPHY Capture is much better, and is not enshittified.
It is incredibly handy and makes my life so much easier.
Recording mp4/gifs has never been easier and it is great because I need them a lot.
Uploading records to cloud without any confirmation. no settings, nothing.
