Recensa information
What is Recensa?
Recensa is document assurance infrastructure for teams whose finished documents carry real consequences — contracts, reports, financial and legal deliverables. It runs a completed Word or PDF document through an independent review process that surfaces the errors people miss on the final pass: internal contradictions, defined terms that drift or go undefined, cross-references that point to the wrong place, and numbers that don't add up. Every run produces an Issue Ledger of what was found, a Proof Report documenting the review, and corrected document outputs. Issues that can be fixed with mechanical certainty are corrected automatically; everything requiring human judgment is surfaced for the reviewer to accept or reject — Recensa never guesses on your behalf. When the review is complete, Recensa issues a tamper-evident Verified seal that lets anyone confirm the document is the one Recensa reviewed and that it hasn't been altered since. Recensa is a neutral, independent verification layer: the seal guarantees integrity, while correctness stays in the hands of the human reviewer. It's built for organizations that need to trust — and prove — that the document they're sending is the document they meant to send.
