ReadyTab is a customizable new-tab dashboard for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It organizes links, notes, to-dos, headings, dividers, images, and quick-copy snippets in draggable, resizable grid groups. Local workspaces separate work, personal, and project boards, each with its own layout, theme, and background. Search checks saved items before using web search, while Spotlight provides fuzzy link search across workspaces from any browser page.
A companion app for Windows, macOS, and Linux adds native apps, files, folders, and shell commands to the launcher. Routines combine links, apps, files, clipboard snippets, and workspace switches in a single button. Bookmarks can be imported by folder into groups without changing the original bookmarks, and boards can be exported and imported as JSON. Appearance settings include 13 built-in themes, a theme editor, custom CSS, per-link colors, and 11 interface languages.
Data is stored locally by default, without ads or extension analytics. Optional paid sync encrypts board content in the browser with AES-256 before upload and includes version history and password-protected workspaces. The Full plan adds board sharing, public read-only board pages, and team ownership. Invited viewers can use the free extension, while edit keys let selected collaborators edit without a paid license.
