    As a developer, I use StackOverflow, and I see that it is intended for Developer and Expert discussions. The majority of the questions on Quora are about current events and other subjects. When people ask questions on StackOverflow, they typically expect a quick but accurate answer. People on Quora, on the other hand, could be more patient and receptive to other people's ideas.
