This is a great SMS app with some extra features like scheduled sending. The UI is user-friendly yet functional and is fairly customizable. It works well in terms of syncing SMS database or importing/exporting.
It has a nice swipe feature that let you assign functionality (e.g. call contact or archive conversation) to horisontal swipe. Notifications also have the essentials like customizable quick actions and quick reply.
It just works very well and is a logical choice after Signal depricated SMS support. I haven't found any other SMS app that works as well and is as feature-complete as this (and it's also actively developed and will continue to receive improvements). The second choice after this would be Fossify SMS app, but I definitely prefer QUIK.
There’s no denying it: Quick SMS, a fork of the late QK SMS, has worked perfectly well for several years now, and despite the modern interface of Fossifly Messages (similar to Google Messages), I just can’t bring myself to switch to anything else.
The interface is simple and no-frills; it does the job when it comes to text messaging.
MMS messages are still heavily compressed by default, but apart from that, there’s even a scheduling option for text messages that works much better than it did when it first launched. I have absolutely no desire to switch to another app.
If there were an option to export/import lists such as blocked numbers and messages, etc., it would be more than perfect.
