Pulpetti is a seating chart maker that runs in the browser. You draw the room to scale — round, rectangular and square tables, desks, a stage, a buffet, a dance floor — and seat people on it by hand, or let an automatic draw fill the rest. Hand-placed people stay where they are.
Rules are set once and hold in every chart made after that: keep two people apart, seat a pair side by side, keep a group at the same table, or place someone at a named table.
The finished chart prints as a floor plan, an alphabetical name list, a list by table, folded place cards, table signs or a door list, on A4 or Letter and in metric or imperial units. A large room is tiled across several sheets so the names stay readable.
One tool covers four settings — classrooms, restaurants, weddings and events — and the wording, the furniture and the layout templates change with the setting. Layout templates include rows of desks, an exam layout, a U-shape, a banquet with a head table and cabaret seating. The interface is available in nine languages.
The free plan is permanent rather than a trial: one group, one room and one chart for up to 15 people, with the full room editor, tags and rules. Printing, PDF export and cloud sync come with a one-off purchase of €4.99, which covers one setting for three months, or with a subscription of €2.49 per month or €27.39 per year. Prices include VAT and are charged in euros. Nothing is installed and no account is needed to try it.
