More of an inspiration than you would ever believe :)
I was a big Proxomitron and Naviscope fan in their day, and I can't take my review down. However, Proxomitron like numbers of older proxy programs, don't keep up with the changing times (particularly 2017-2019) of HTTPS which renders them mostly ineffective. Loyal fans have kept Proxomitron alive in different newer forks. One popular one is Proxomitron Reborn. https://prxbx.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=2331&pid=19290#pid19290 For those of you new to proxies, they can be messy to set up.. especially Proxomitron Reborn that causes struggles with the Certificate required to handle HTTPS. Maybe listening to Perplexity AI for set up help wasn't my best move this time.
