Productus groups user feedback into themes, puts the paying revenue behind each theme next to its match rate, and measures what changed after a fix ships.
Feedback comes in from App Store and Google Play reviews, a web widget, forwarded email, survey exports and CSV files, and lands in one stream. Each theme carries a real quote from a real person.
Add a customer list (a CSV, or typed in by hand) and every theme shows the current revenue of the paying customers matched to it, with the match rate and the unmatched share beside the figure. It is a floor over the customers it could match, never a total. No SDK, billing or CRM sync is needed.
When a fix ships, mark the theme resolved and Productus freezes a baseline: mentions per week, sentiment, revenue at risk. It then compares the weeks after against that baseline, as a share of feedback and not raw counts, and lists the paying customers who complained. It shows what changed after you ship, never what caused it.
There is a free plan with no card and no time limit. Revenue and the before-and-after report are on the paid plans, which open for billing in early 2027. Data is stored in the EU.
