What is priPrinter?
Free version adds a text to every page printed.
Use priPrinter to:
- preview your print jobs,

PriPrinter offers support for printing to images, booklet and poster printing, duplex, zoom in/out and more! Using just your mouse, you can adjust margins and gutters in priPrinter just by clicking and dragging, or remove blank spaces by cropping and cutting.
You can even use priPrinter to save commonly used layouts and settings as themes, and produce forms from documents!
Add an additional layer of protection to your documents with custom watermarks!
priPrinter is based on Ribbons, thus increases discoverability of features and functions, enables quicker learning of the priPrinter as a whole, and makes users feel more in control of their experience.

I only discovered priPrinter when my PC was stolen and Fineprint with it. Should have used it years ago - it's a pleasure and packed with features.
I print a lot, both privately and for my business, on a daily basis. I was using FinePrint for many years, but the application was becoming more and more buggy and their support was extremely unresponsive. I the found priPrint, tested the trial and then purchased the full version.
It's fabulous! priPrint makes my life so much easier - I can save different themes and set-ups, which include page layout, orientation, watermarks and so on, and easily apply those with one click. The application is very fast, looks great and the customer support is extremely friendly and helpful.
I have also tried all the other alternatives suggested here, but none of them work as smoothly and have the features of priPrint.
I love it! Recommended, especially if you print a lot.
there is no free version, only a trial
Hmm.. They write on their website: "The priPrinter trial download is fully functional. It provides all the same features, functionality and performance you'll get when you register the software. Trial downloads give you an unlimited amount of time to try out the software and see if it meets your needs. Trial version prints a small banner on each page. Purchasing will remove the banner."
