What is Praex?

Praex is an AI coding agent that runs on its own model family: Velox II (free, fast), Faber II (Pro, deep reasoning) and Lucia II (coming soon), post-trained from the best open models.

It reads your repo, edits with your approval, runs your tests and explains every change. Use it in the terminal, the desktop app (Linux, macOS, Windows) or the browser, and continue any session from your phone with /rc. Share read-only links to a session with /share.

The terminal agent and desktop app are open source (MIT, a fork of opencode). The web chat works without signing up.

Free to start; Pro is $20/month for more usage and the bigger models.
