What is Pokor?

Pokor is a real-time planning poker tool for distributed engineering and product teams running agile or scrum estimations. It exists because every other tool we tried came with a catch: hard caps on participants, stories, or sessions in the free tier — or no clear answer about where the data actually lived.

The core experience is genuinely unlimited and free. No participant cap, no story cap, no session cap, and we don't auto-delete your data after N days. That stays free for any team size, from a 3-person startup to a 50+ engineering org.

What's included

  • Real-time voting with reveal, re-vote, and per-vote confidence indicators
  • Async sessions so the team can estimate on their own time when calendars don't line up
  • Custom card decks — Fibonacci, t-shirt sizes, or your own scale per session
  • Story import from GitHub Issues, Jira, Notion, or a CSV file
  • Slack and Discord bots with a /pokor command to start sessions straight from chat
  • OAuth sign-in for Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Notion, Atlassian, and Discord
  • Public REST API and webhooks for custom workflows
  • Accessibility-first — keyboard-navigable, screen-reader friendly, WCAG 2.1 AA

Pricing

The free plan covers the core voting experience without limits. The paid Organizer plan adds the deeper integration workflow — two-way sync with GitHub, Jira, and Notion so estimates flow back to your issue tracker automatically. Most teams will never need to upgrade.
