APPLE MUSIC Play music directly in Platter with your Apple Music subscription. Browse recently played tracks and library songs on the shelf, then drag one onto the deck. No need to keep the Music app open.

SPOTIFY Use Platter alongside the Spotify desktop app. Keep Spotify open, then drag a recent cover onto the deck or control playback right on the disc.
