I use this all the time in my medical practice. It is a huge time saver.
I am using the paid for version. I have my staff using it now too after having written some phrases for them. It is increasing their productivity a great deal.

It seems to be a great idea, but it does not work with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.0.17134.1

Unfortunately there is no pre-sales communication with the company. I was interested to purchase for our organization, so I wrote to the company asking if this would be fixed for the next release. Their reply was that they do not communicate without first purchasing their product.
