What is PepoChat?

PepoChat is an AI support agent for websites. It answers visitors only from the business's own content (website pages, PDFs and Word files, help-center articles, Notion and Google Drive) and says so instead of guessing when the answer isn't there. Unanswered or urgent chats go to a shared team inbox, where a person replies in the same chat window.

The agent can also take actions through 13 integrations: Shopify and WooCommerce order lookups, Stripe subscriptions, tickets in Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk, HubSpot and Salesforce contacts, Jira issues, Slack and Discord alerts, Mailchimp sign-ups and Zapier. Custom Actions connect other HTTPS APIs. It books meetings on a real calendar and replies in the visitor's language.

Install it with one script tag, a React or Next.js snippet, a WordPress plugin, or a hosted chat page. The free plan includes 200 AI replies a month and 5 knowledge sources; paid plans start at $49 a month.
