The best document management alternative for paper port users. Paperoffice gives you fast, easy access to your documents, which are stored at your local database. I love most that they don´t use any cloud solutions because i hate cloud
In search of a dms for my nas drive, I tested several vendors until I finally came to paper office. The dms manufacturer can be found very bad on the internet as it seems that it is new on the english speaking market. I tested the version for 14 days and finally bought the version Team to use it in comination with my synology nas. What I like the most is how easy it was to understand all the surface, everything is explained in the own youtube channel. For me one of the most important reasons for the purchase was, that the connection to synology is quite simply described on youtube. In comparison, other dms providers are very complicated.
I think for those who needs a good dms for your small business, it´s the best option. Especially for those, who is against a cloud solution and is searching for alternative. Thanks for thise who recommend before
While searching for a document management system for my Synology NAS, I coincidentally came across Paperoffice, as they are listed as official partners of QNAP NAS as recommended dms manufacturers. I am very satisfied and can only recommend it.
Best documentmanagement for my Synology
The implementation turned out to be easy and straight forward, with great customer support along the way.
This is probably one of the easiest systems to use for a DMS that I have come across in my whole career. You can use it in a very simple way by scanning the documents, saving them in the program and searching for them within seconds. Or you can learn in the documents by storing templates and keywords and automatically archive.
