I would recommend [PaperOak], its one of the best Rss reader out there for android. Its completely free compared to other options out there like Feedly, Inoreader etc.

I had been using Feedly up until last month, but switched to Paperoak and never looked back. Paperoak is really simple to use, it has a really beautiful UI, has a lot of publications and topics to choose from, unlike Feedly Paperoak doesn’t charge you for simple functionalities like Search.

You can read and organize articles on their android app and also their [website] and your data is automatically synced between the two at all times. This helps me a lot because I can continue using paperoak even when Im at work, crunching numbers on my laptop.
