I was searching for a way to dim the screen in windows 10 (Was using Iris for ages but it suddently stopped working because Free daily usage was "exhausted").
This one worked out of the box and is super lightweight, no installation needed. There is a bug when clicking the start menu but I didn't find any other good alternative.
PangoBright was always my standard screen dimmer. Unfortunately, I discovered it ramps up my idle 3080TI GPU usage by about 6%, which is ridiculous.
I switched to Dimmer, and it does not affect GPU usage at all.

Worked on two VGA monitors that ScreenBright wouldn't work on
Super lightweight and still viable unlike Desktop Dimmer, which was abandoned and ramps up my GPU usage up to 80% spikes (according to Windows manager) on my laptop.
