What is Oxynote?

Oxynote is a self-hosted workspace that puts a live metric chart next to the paragraph explaining it, gives your internal APIs Stripe-style docs, and lets a change go through a draft, a diff and an approval before it lands.

Pages are Notion-style blocks with real-time collaboration and comments. Chart blocks query Prometheus directly, so runbooks and incident docs show the actual numbers, not screenshots. Protected pages take changes as reviewed drafts, like pull requests for docs.

Ships as one Docker image (Postgres included) for amd64 and arm64. Also works as an MCP server, so AI assistants like Claude or Cursor can search, read and edit your docs. Apache-2.0.
