Optimism is NOT a time tracking app, it is a MOOD tracking app for CBT!!! (and it's very good at it too)

What is Optimism?

Mood Chart software for tracking and maintaining mental health. Discover your triggers, know the signs of a decline in your health, adopt strategies to help you stay well.

The core purpose of the app is to help you discover what causes your mood swings, to find the warning signs of a decline in health, and learn strategies, often specific to you, that help you to remain well.

The Optimism apps help you to be proactive. A continual feedback loop, in the form of charts and reports, improves your understanding of your mental health and the things that are helping or hindering you.

*Record: One place for data collection makes tracking your health effortless. Personalize your fields, then it's 2 minutes a day.

  • Report: View all of your data by date range. Take a detailed look at your records.

  • Plan: Make a strategy for continuing wellness. Make informed decisions that will benefit you most.

  • Charts: Your data is presented visually. Observe changes in your health over time and detect possible causes.

  • Isolate: Filter your data. Examine areas of interest and discover patterns in your health.

  • PDF & Print: Maximum flexibility for saving hard copies, or sharing your records with a provider or carer.
