What is OpenTypeless?
OpenTypeless is an open-source, cross-platform AI voice input layer that types polished speech directly into the active desktop app. Hold a global shortcut, speak, and release to insert text at the cursor. It supports dictation, selected-text editing, translation, Ask Anything, 99 languages, multiple STT and OpenAI-compatible LLM providers, BYOK, local dictionaries and correction rules, and 71 app-aware writing profiles. App detection happens locally; raw window titles and full document contents are not sent as app context. Source code: https://github.com/tover0314-w/opentypeless
