Respond: Declare, escalate, and resolve incidents. On-call schedules with rotations, multi-step escalation policies, and post-mortems with AI-assisted root cause analysis. Mobile push notifications for Android and iOS.

Communicate: Public or private status pages with auto-incidents from monitor failures, subscriber notifications, scheduled maintenance, custom domains and branding.

Built for developers: Terraform provider, oackctl CLI, API clients for Go, Python, and Node.js, plus an MCP server so AI agents can query monitors and manage incidents directly.
