I have no idea what it does/looks like, there are no previews on the site besides one image that isn't even zoomable.

What is NotchNook?

NotchNook is a new Mac app that transforms your MacBook's notch into a dynamic, functional feature akin to the iPhone's Dynamic Island. It offers a "Nook" with media controls and customizable widgets, and a "Tray" for storing files or apps. Users can access it by clicking a tab that integrates with the notch, swiping down on the trackpad, or setting it to auto-drop when the mouse hovers over it. The app is compatible with both notched and non-notched Macs, and its appearance can be customized.

Future updates promise the ability to zip or unzip files within the app. However, there are some issues, including difficulty in removing files from the Tray, non-responsive swipe controls for songs, lack of support for some media apps, and absence of a privacy policy. Despite these challenges, NotchNook integrates seamlessly with macOS and provides an enjoyable user experience.
