What is Notavi?

Notavi turns work you're already doing into a written procedure. Press a keyboard shortcut when you want a step saved, and it writes the whole thing up with numbered steps, screenshots, warnings, using the same template every time, so the fifth procedure looks like the first.

Your files stay in an ordinary folder on your own computer. Nothing has to leave your machine for it to work.

It also finds near-duplicate procedures across your library and tells you whether they're really the same job, tracks versions so you can recapture only the steps that changed, groups related procedures into a runbook with a manager sign-off sheet, and exports in several formats and languages.

Mac and Windows, both signed and notarized.
