very friendly in terms of simple HTML/CSS/JS. simple start with minimum of barriers (way more simpler than Git-type of webdev). it makes this host a perfect place for experimenting, trying crazy (in a good way) things and feeling connected with other people.
as well as Nekoweb, it brings good and fun aspects of the old web back, and shows it to younger people who (unfortunately) weren't able to experience it themselves.
No ads. Easy to use editor. Nice community. Integrated RSS feed.
Okay for a basic site; reasonably easy to use for those not (extensively) familiar with web-code (HTML, CSS, JS, etc.) Advanced users might find it slightly limited.
