What is ND Hive?
ND Hive is the first clinically-reviewed coached body doubling membership for ADHD and AuDHD adults.
Most body doubling tools pair you with a silent stranger for 25 or 50 minutes. That works for some people and stops working for a lot of others, because sitting down was never the hard part. The hard part is choosing what to work on, cutting it into a first step small enough to start, and getting going again after drifting off. A silent partner cannot help with any of that.
ND Hive runs live coach-led sessions 58 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm plus Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Every session has a trained human coach in the room. No AI facilitators. Coaches help members regulate first, then set a realistic plan, then work through blockers during the session rather than assigning them as homework.
Also included: a member community built for ND brains, mood and capacity tracking, habit and task tools, a focus timer, and a library of executive function frameworks.
ASL First sessions are part of the schedule for Deaf members, led in ASL rather than interpreted.
Web-based, with iOS and Android apps in development. Membership may be eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement with a letter of medical necessity. Free 7-day trial.
