    Really very different functionality. Multiplicity is for locally sharing keyboard/mouse across multiple computers. LogMeIn is remote desktop software.

    LogMein is for REMOTE control /viewing/meeting etc. Multiplicity is for Local (as in, on the same desk) control/viewing etc., essentially functioning as a controller without being a viewer also. LogMeIn does not function as a controller unless you also have a view window open.
