What is MoveInactiveWin?
Sometimes a lot of deskop clutter can hide a window (eg, open file, programs, files-explorer, dialogs) Move a window without activating it. Alt+LClick (and hold) to drag the target window into view.
Is portable and stealth (does not write to registry) When active is located in SystemTray (depending on "Notification" settings) Can run off a USB stick or locally ... add the EXE file to Start > Programs > Startup (folder) Developer (Skrommel) is a member of "DonationCoder" (group)

So simple ... it works. If you can see any part of the window ... Grab any part of the covered window with Alt+LClick and drag ...
(Instead of rearranging surrounding windows to dig around for the Title-bar.)
