What is mostly?

mostly is a habit tracker built on one idea: you don't have to be perfect to build good habits.

Traditional habit apps count consecutive days. Miss one day and your 90-day progress resets to zero. Research shows this creates anxiety and guilt, the opposite of what builds habits.

mostly replaces streaks with weekly targets. Set a goal like 4 out of 7 days. Hit your target most days, rest when you need to. No punishment for being human.

HOW IT WORKS • Set a weekly target for each habit (3/7, 4/7, 5/7, whatever works for you) • Check in each day with a single tap • Hit your target and you see "Goal reached". Still going? "2 more to go". Week over? "See you next week" • Each week is a fresh start. Last week was tough? Clean slate.
