Hardened Android Browsers
These are some of the best browsers on Android that let you take back your digital privacy. The list is descending from best to worse in terms of protection. This is not to say that the best option is not private and is still better than, for example, Goolag Chrome.
Comments and Reviews
The purpose of this browser is unclear.
Mainly it is a rebranded version of an actively developed Privacy Browser with some patches added.
It is hard to find an up-to-date list of differences with the upstream project or information about why it was created in the first place instead of contributing to the upstream project.
Monocles is a small project maintained by one person for years and Monocles browser had seen almost no external contributions, which makes it highly unsustainable.
