MonkeyBlock

Chrome extension that helps you take control of your screen time and stay focused online.

Set daily time limits for distracting websites like YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, or TikTok. When you hit your limit, MonkeyBlock gently blocks access so you can refocus. Not ready to quit cold turkey? The impulse check feature adds a 3-second mindful pause before entering any tracked site, giving you a moment to reconsider.

Want to block sites completely? Add them to the blacklist for instant, permanent blocking.

The Social Cleaner hides the most addictive elements, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, trending feeds, and recommendation sidebars, without breaking the core functionality you actually need.

To protect your commitment, lock your settings with a mindful sentence, so you can't undo your limits on impulse.

Key features: • Daily time limits per website • Full site blocking (blacklist) • 3-second impulse check before entering tracked sites • Social Cleaner: hides Shorts, Reels, and endless feeds • Detailed usage statistics • Locked settings for accountability • Free to use
