ModbusManager is a Windows tool for reading, writing and simulating Modbus devices over TCP, RTU and ASCII. It combines a multi-window polling client, a built-in slave simulator, serial monitor, and address/slave scanners with Pro features aimed at commissioning and monitoring: a drag-and-drop HMI dashboard (gauges, trends, lamps, switches), a tag engine, SQLite-based data logging with charts, alarms, and IEC 61131-3 Structured Text scripting.
