What is MindTheClub?

MindTheClub is a peer-to-peer messaging app for Android. Message content goes directly from one device to the other over an encrypted WebRTC channel, so there is no inbox, no message database and no cloud copy on the company side. You register without a phone number, email address or password, and add contacts by scanning a QR code or tapping an invite link.

It handles text, photos, videos, voice messages, files, group chats, and one-to-one and group video calls. Two phones within Bluetooth range can exchange messages with no internet at all.

Android only, no iOS or desktop version yet, and no independent security audit. EUR 1.20 a month after a 30-day free trial.
