Milanote

Pros:

• Firefox support is not a buggy mess like it often happens.
• No action is under 42 layers deep menu hierarchy.
• No awkward syntaxis [yes, I'm looking at you, ! [ ] ( ) , you wretched abomination].
• Links can be added quickly as a special link card. If an automatic thumbnail is irrelevant, hide it. If an automatic description is a garbage, edit it. Or remove both just to save space. Of course, the classic way of having links inside text (aka hypertext) is a first-citizen too.
• The free tier is not small. Yes, 100 notes and 10 files sound small but for one project it's enough.
• If you hate messy whiteboards, there are list notes that contain singular notes, keyboard arrows nudging, aligning.
• If you love messy whiteboards, everything can be mouse-dragged to anywhere.
• Tip of the day is not every day, not popup, not in the middle of your screen.
• Keyboard support is quite rich.

Cons:

• Ideally, still need more keyboard support.
• Arrows are not polished yet.

The Android app is a companion app to their Web service and at that it's good, has a clean user interface and it's fast. The free plan is too limited, the app doesn't stand on its own and it's too expensive.
