Mailx generates unique aliases for each service and sender.

Receive flow:

1. Create an email alias
2. Use alias instead of your real email address
3. Receive forwarded emails in your regular inbox

Send/reply flow:

1. Create a send address for your recipient
2. Send or reply from your regular inbox
3. Recipient gets your email from the alias
