What is Mailrith?

Mailrith is a complete email marketing and automation platform built for startups, creators, newsletter operators, small businesses, agencies, and growing teams that want more control over how they build, manage, and engage their audience.

The platform makes it easy to collect Subscribers through hosted signup forms, embeddable forms, and customizable landing pages. Once Subscribers are added, users can organize and manage them using tags, custom fields, and dynamic segments, allowing them to create more relevant groups based on Subscriber data, activity, interests, or behavior.

Mailrith supports both one-time and automated email communication. Users can send Broadcasts for announcements, newsletters, product updates, and promotions, or create automated Sequences that deliver emails over time. Its visual Automation builder allows users to design more advanced workflows based on triggers, conditions, and Subscriber actions. Reusable email templates help teams maintain consistency, while Magic Links can trigger actions such as applying tags or moving Subscribers into specific workflows when they click a link.

A key part of Mailrith is its bring-your-own SMTP model. Users can connect Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, Resend, Brevo, or a custom SMTP provider instead of being locked into a single sending service. This gives businesses greater control over their sending infrastructure, costs, deliverability setup, and provider choice.

Mailrith also includes collaboration and developer features for teams that need more than basic email marketing. Shared workspaces, user permissions, API access, webhooks, OAuth support, and TypeScript and Python SDKs make it possible to connect Mailrith with websites, applications, internal tools, and other business systems. This makes the platform suitable for everything from everyday newsletters and campaigns to more advanced automated and integrated email workflows.
