We are able to manage multiple roles and access the file, and CSV export is available, with full detailed infos.
Their service is just not good there are much better alternatives out there, commercial or open source. Additionally, this company is known for shutting down your entire service over a single tweet due to their political leanings. Just not a good business practice to get a service from a company that may or may not shut your marketing operation down over an arbitrary tweet. Thanks, but no thanks!
It's insane. We're a religious non-profit and the mess of these people meddling in politics has all our work in jeopardy of complete erasure.
Also - Their subscribe doesn't work. I have dozens and dozens of emails our website took and am finding out that MailChimp never added them.
Can't wait for our ministry to find a new vendor...

Stop using Mailchimp.
Mailchimp (a proprietary mailing list and customer CMS platform) has updated its terms of service. Mailchimp is planning to feed your email content and customer contacts into its AI models. Mailchimp's email generating AI might spit out content that infringements on another person's copyright. And the new Mailchimp terms of service say you are legally liable for that copyright infringement, not them.

Mailchimp is awful their UX is burning my brain, every time I'm trying to send a campaign it's giving an error and I must start everything from scratch.
It works perfectly with your own contact base as an e-mail marketing platform.
It's not a good tool to make coldmails.
You can automate campaigns but it's still not marketing automation platform - your possibilities are limited.
Garbage. Hard to use. Their webpage will break if you're using any browser plugins at all. Interestingly, as soon as I signed up for this, I mysteriously began getting bombarded by spam. Avoid at all costs.
