Not yet stable but very promising. Having the same desktop environment on desktop and phone sounds fun.

What is Lomiri?

Lomiri is the operating environment for everywhere. It is able to span the gaps between touch, mouse, and keyboard; between phones, tablets, and workstations; and look good doing it.

After Canonical ended support for Ubuntu Phone icon Ubuntu Phone OS and Unity Desktop Environment icon Unity Desktop Environment in April 2017, UBports team forked the Unity 8 repository and continued the development. Lomiri has been renamed from Unity8.
