What is LockLens: Private Photo Vault?
LockLens is an Android private photo and video vault built around local privacy. Photos taken with the LockLens camera have EXIF metadata stripped before they are saved, so GPS location, device identifiers, and timestamps are not shared accidentally. Imported media is stripped and encrypted too.
Files are stored locally in the app's private storage and protected with AES-256-GCM, with keys kept in Android Keystore on supported devices. LockLens does not request INTERNET permission, uses no analytics or ad SDKs, and does not require an account or cloud sync.
The free tier includes the secure camera, encrypted vault for up to 25 photos, biometric unlock, and gallery import. A one-time Pro upgrade adds unlimited photos and videos, albums, secure share, decoy PIN, break-in selfie, intrusion log, and in-app video playback.
