Linkinize information
What is Linkinize?
Linkinize is a modern bookmark management tool built specifically for teams and professionals who deal with dozens — or thousands — of links across tools, platforms, and projects. It helps you organize, tag, and securely share bookmarks inside collaborative workspaces.
Whether you're a developer, support team, marketer, or agency, Linkinize streamlines the chaos of scattered links by providing a centralized hub with smart search, visual organization, and flexible permissions.
Features include: 🔖 Tag-based organization (goodbye folders!) 🔍 Blazing-fast search across teams and projects 🧩 Multiple isolated workspaces for teams, clients, or departments 🧑?🤝?🧑 Team collaboration with granular access control 🔐 SSO & SAML support for enterprise-grade security 🌐 Public pages to share curated collections or bio links 🧠 Confluence and Chrome extension integrations 🆓 Generous free plan (4 workspaces, unlimited bookmarks)
Whether you're replacing your browser's messy bookmark bar, managing knowledge across a remote team, or building a personal resource hub — Linkinize gives you a smarter way to handle links.

Comments and Reviews
We’ve been using Linkinize for a while now, and it has solved a real pain point for us. Instead of everyone keeping random links in their browsers, Slack messages, or spreadsheets, we finally have one place where all important links live.
What I really like:
Workspaces & teams → Keeps projects and departments separate while still easy to switch between.
Tagging instead of folders → Much more flexible than the old folder approach most bookmark tools force you into.
Enterprise features → SSO, admin controls, Confluence integration… feels designed for real companies, not just personal use.
Simple interface → Clean and straightforward, which makes onboarding new teammates easy.
We tried Raindrop.io and some others before, but they always felt more personal-productivity focused. Linkinize feels like it’s actually built for teams.
The free plan is generous (multiple workspaces), and upgrading was straightforward. If you’re a company that shares a lot of links internally, I’d highly recommend giving it a try.
