What is LimanDoc?
LimanDoc is a simple yet powerful tool for visualize files, diagrams, and construct a mind map with the possibility to edit Markdown text. It is an offline first desktop app with a 2D canvas that allows a preview of the inner folders (boards).
One crucial aspect is the ability to sync files(PDFs, Excel, Markdown files) with the OS - this way you can open and edit files outside of LimanDoc yet they will synchronize and update on the canvas.
- Forget about a hierarchy of folders: Create Diagrams with inner canvases; infinite zoomable canvas is the way our universe works!
- Keep your files of any format: Any files that are stored in a vault will appear on the canvas. PDFs, Images, text/markdown files are rendered right away. Also icons!
- Edit files as you wish: Your data is stored in your files, not a database. LimanDoc will sync immediately with file changes even made outside of the app
