So far only tried the cleaner and the updater, though the other tools it offers looks very promising. The cleaner itself could be better compared to others that managed to find 60gb of garbage files, in a PC that does not clean automatically, it only found 25gb. The updater pulls from wget, and updates silently but gives no conclusion or summary of the installation.

I will update further when I've tried the other tools it offers

This is the best windows system cleaner tool I have used. Easy to use, nice UI, no ads & no tracking. Give it a try.
