KnowledgePicker's mission is to provide a single platform for organizing the countless tips for useful resources scattered uncurated all over the web. You, users, create KnowledgePicker's content. You share resources, comment on ones you have already studied and tell others how good they really are. The aim is to gather resources for all possible topics from broad, general ones, to the very specific, while also meaningfully linking topics and resources to each other.

KnowledgePicker has been "archived" (their words) since 2021. The site's blog claims that another version is forthcoming but at the time of writing (2024) nothing new is in place.
