I've been using Kanbanery since I read about it on Lifehacker. It makes collaborating with remote clients really easy. They can see what I'm working on anytime they want to so I don't have to answer a lot of email and make a lot of status reports. They give me feedback on the task card, to further keep my inbox from getting cluttered. And most important, I can see exactly what I should be working on all the time, which really lowers my stress. It's easy to use, but has some powerful features under the hood.
