What is Kalender Sync?

Kalender Sync keeps your calendars in sync across providers: Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud, CalDAV providers like GMX, Web.de and Infomaniak kSuite, plus any iCal feed. One-way or two-way, without duplicating events across accounts by hand.

The core idea is privacy by design. For every sync you choose one of three visibility levels: Busy Only (just blocks the time), Title & Time, or Full Details. Attendees, attachments and links are never transferred at any level. That makes it ideal for freelancers, consultants and teams who use different calendar providers and need to see availability without exposing event details.
