What is Kakuremi?

Kakuremi is a local-first KeePass (KDBX) password manager for iPhone and iPad. It is free to download, and one vault with full editing, AutoFill, Face ID unlock and stored TOTP costs nothing. Your vault stays on your device - fully usable offline, with no account and no cloud service of ours in the loop. If you own a YubiKey 5 or NEO, hardware-key unlock over NFC (HMAC-SHA1 Challenge-Response) is free too - not paywalled like other iOS KeePass apps. NFC is iPhone-only, so YubiKey unlock does not work on iPad. Privacy label: Data Not Collected. (Note: HMAC-CR, not FIDO2/passkey.) Pro adds multiple databases, attachments, a live TOTP code display, and automatic encrypted backups.
