JSTorrent Alternatives

    JSTorrent is described as 'runs anywhere you have Chrome installed because it runs in pure JavaScript. Can be bought from the Chrome Web Store for a small fee or installed for free from their GitHub repo' and is an app in the File Sharing category. There are more than 50 alternatives to JSTorrent for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and BSD. The best alternative is qBittorrent, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like JSTorrent are Transmission (Free, Open Source), µTorrent (Freemium), Deluge (Free, Open Source) and WebTorrent (Free, Open Source).
