JModelica Alternatives

JModelica is described as 'extensible Modelica-based open-source platform for optimization, simulation, and analysis of complex dynamic systems'. There are nine alternatives to JModelica for Windows, Linux, Mac, Online / Web-based and Chrome OS. The best alternative is OpenModelica, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like JModelica are Simulink (Paid), Altair Activate (Free), SimulationX (Freemium) and Dymola (Paid).
