I like the fact it's all inside WordPress. I don't have to leave my lovely WP suite to create and send. Everything is at the same spot and it's really easy to use. Powerful, cheap and nice live support.
I used Mailchimp for a long time, but now I can't use anything else but Jackmail. It's all-in! My emails ain't goint to spam anymore and I can reach them easily. Quite a good plugin!
