initdesk is a radically simple, email-first help desk built for solo founders and small support teams who want to stay on top of customer emails without enterprise bloat.
What initdesk does:
- Email ? ticketing: turn customer support emails into trackable tickets in a lightweight shared inbox
- AI-drafted replies: generate reply drafts based on the conversation context (you review before sending)
- Auto-tagging: automatically tag tickets as they arrive to reduce manual sorting
- AI Assistant: AI becomes more accurate over time
- Support portal: publish a help center for customers (knowledge base + structured collections)
- Webhooks (and Slack notifications): connect support events to your workflows (public API coming later)
